Notice of Public Hearing Name of treatment work/community Wastewater Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) The City of Kokomo will hold a public hearing at 10:00am on Wednesday, June 10th, in the Ralph Neal Council Chambers of City Hall, 100 S. Union Street, Kokomo, Indiana. The City of Kokomo's engineering consultant Lochmueller Group, will present the recommended project, which will include upgrades to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, as well as upgrades to the Highland Park Lift Station. The project will be funded through a Wastewater State Revolving Fund (WWSRF) loan. Copies of the required Preliminary Engineer Report (PER) are available for public viewing starting May 29th through June 17th online at www.cityofkokomo.org or the City of Kokomo Engineering Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service.
