NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS HEARING ON MODIFYING LOCAL INCOME TAX ORDINANCE # 2019-10 Notice is hereby given to the taxpayer of Cass County, Indiana, that the Cass County Council will consider at Government Building, 200 Court Park, Commissioners Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, Logansport, Indiana at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on October 18, 2019, the following proposed ordinance regarding the local income tax imposed within Cass County.
