NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON COUNTY OF ELKHART, INDIANA DECLARATION OF ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Elkhart County Council of the County of Elkhart, Indiana will conduct a public hearing at 8:00 A.M. or thereafter on November 9, 2019, during its regular meeting at the Elkhart County Administration Building, 117 N. Second Street, Room 104, Goshen, IN 46526. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment concerning the declaration of an Economic Revitalization Area pursuant to Indiana Code ^6-1.1-12.1 et seq. and to determine whether to grant a waiver of any non-compliance. On September 14, 2019 at its regular public meeting, the Elkhart County Council adopted Declaratory Resolution Designating Economic Revitalization Area and Qualifying Certain Real Estate Improvements and Certain Personal Property for Property Tax Phase-In for The Bristol Indiana Company, d/b/a Brinco. The proposed Economic Revitalization Area is currently a developed parcel of land located at 51650 County Road 133, Bristol, IN 46517 in York Township. The Declaratory Resolution made the findings required for the establishment of an Economic Revitalization Area pursuant to Indiana Code ^6-1.1-12.1 et seq. The Declaratory Resolution proposes a ten-year property tax deduction and phase-in for real estate improvements and a seven-year property tax deduction and phase-in for certain personal property consisting of new manufacturing equipment, new research and development equipment, new logistics and distribution equipment, and new information technology equipment in accordance with the schedules attached to the Declaratory Resolution. The Declaratory Resolution which contains a description of the proposed Economic Revitalization Area is available for copying and inspection in the Elkhart County Assessor's Office at the Elkhart County Administration Building, 117 N. Second St., Goshen, Indiana 46526. The proposed project involves an investment of approximately Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($3,750,000.00) in real estate improvements and Twenty-eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($28,500,000.00) in new manufacturing equipment, Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00) in new research and development equipment, One Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,300,000.00) in new logistics and distribution equipment, and Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($480,000.00) in new information technology equipment, resulting in the creation of two hundred eighty (280) new full-time employment positions with an expected annual salary of at least Sixteen Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($16,150,000.00) for the new employment positions. The Elkhart County Council will receive and hear all remonstrances and objections from interested persons at the public hearing. After the public hearing and considering the evidence, the Elkhart County Council may take final action determining whether the qualifications for an Economic Revitalization Area have been met and confirming, modifying and confirming, or rescinding the Declaratory Resolution. NOTICE OF REAL PROPERTY TAX SALE Ripley County Indiana Beginning 10:00 AM, 10/31/2019 Commissioners' Room Local Time Ripley County Pursuant to the laws of the Indiana General Assembly, notice is hereby given that the following described property is listed for sale for delinquent taxes and/or special assessments. NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A DECLARATORY RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PARK AND RECREATION BOARD OF THE PARK DISTRICT OF THE TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE, INDIANA, AND OF A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, AND OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE APPROPRIATION OF THE PROCEEDS OF THE PROPOSED SERIES A BONDS OF THE DISTRICT TO FINANCE CERTAIN PARK PROJECTS Notice is hereby given that on September 11, 2019, the Park and Recreation Board (the Board), governing body of the Park District of the Town of Zionsville, Indiana (the District), adopted a declaratory resolution (the Declaratory Resolution) determining that it is necessary for the public health and welfare and will be of public utility and benefit to undertake certain projects in the District, including all or any portion of a park and recreation complex to be located on a portion of the former Rail Trails Garden Property located along and west of CR 875 East immediately south of Heritage Trail Park, including without limitation, a nature center and atrium, public restrooms, constructed wetlands and bird watching area, outdoor classroom, a community shelter, trail connections, Parks Department offices and storage, and parking lots (the Series A Project).
