NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (the "Plan Commission") will conduct a public hearing regarding the application for and Case No. PSDP 04-16-1407, to be known as "Summers Pace Motor Sports Park", situated on approximately 2.04 acres of real estate. The application was filed by Summers Plumbing, Heating and Cooling (the "Applicant") for the purposes of Development Plan Approval.
