NOTICE TO BIDDERS Town of Walton Owner: Town of Walton/Cass County Redevelopment Commission; 506 East St. Walton, IN 46994 Project/Work: Removal of Unsafe Structure(s) in Tipton Township Notice is hereby given that Town of Walton will receive sealed bids for the above described "Project/Work" at 506 East Street Walton, IN 46994, 7:00p.m. on May 24, 2016 and commencing as soon as practicable thereafter on the same date such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Walton Town Hall (100 S. Depot St. Walton, IN 46994). No late bids will be accepted. All vendors must be licensed to perform demolition work in Cass County, Indiana. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of unsafe structure(s) in Tipton Township Contract Documents for the Project/Work have been assembled into one or more bound Project Manuals which, may be examined at the following locations: 100 S.
