Or more commonly known as: Parcel No.: 32-07-24-234-002.000-016 Property Address: 3808 Bellmore Drive Owner(s): Pines Development Group Inc. Waiver Requested: 154.035 (E.) (2.) To reduce the distance a driveway can be from the intersection of two (2) street centerlines. Copies of the requested waiver request regarding the property identified above are on file, and may be reviewed at the Department of Development Services, located at the Brownsburg Town Hall, 61 North Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana during regular business hours on or before the date of the proposed hearing.
