LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT The regular meeting of the New Albany Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on Wednesday, May 4th, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., in the Assembly Room (Room 331) City-County Building, New Albany, Indiana, at which time a Public Hearing will be held to consider the following petitions: Docket B-14-16: Big Four Burgers (Matt McMahan) requests a Variance to permit a deck and parking that will back out into the alley that will not meet development standards in the C-2, General Business district, at 110, 112 and 114 East Main Street. Docket B-15-16: Ann McNally requests a Variance to permit an apartment in an accessory structure and to amend a previous stipulation in the R-2, Urban Residential district, at 1513 Charlestown Road. Docket B-16-16: Neal and Mary Elizabeth Morrison request a Variance to permit a single-family dwelling that will not meet development standards in the R-2, Urban residential district, at 3118 Arbor Ridge Lane. Docket B-17-16: Top Shelf Tactical, LLC requests a Variance to permit an in-home business in the R-1, Suburban Residential district, at 109 Edgemont Drive. Docket B-18-16: Jerry Brownfield requests a Variance to permit an accessory structure that will not meet development standards and that will house a daycare in the R-1, Suburban Residential district, at 4111 Klerner Lane. Docket B-19-16: William Knotts requests a Variance to permit a carport that will not meet development standards R-2, Urban Residential district, at 2416 Stover Drive. Written suggestions and/or objections to said dockets may be filed with the New Albany Board of Zoning Appeals, Room 329, City-County Building, New Albany, Indiana, 47150, on or before the date of said meeting. Interested persons desiring to present oral comments on the proposals shall be given the opportunity at the above-mentioned time and place. Said Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary by the Board.
