NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of May, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held before the Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals in the Municipal Building, 401 S. Meridian Street in the City of Lebanon, IN. Docket #16-11; on the application for a Development Standard Variance, specifically, UDO section 7.10.A.4.b Accessory Structure standards. For an Improvement Location Permit Application as specified in the Zoning Code of Lebanon: Ordinance # 74-12, as amended. The Development Standard Variance proposes to allow a 1,400 square foot detached garage, (accessory structure) which is greater than 50% of the existing primary structure (Residential Dwelling) which is 1,200 square feet. The structure is permitted to be only 600 square feet, therefore, a Variance is being requested to exceed the allowed square footage by 800 square feet for an accessory structure. The legal description is as follows: Clifford Court Lot 11. The property is located at 1004 Clifford Court. The property is Zoned "SF2" Single Family 2. Board of Zoning Appeals has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Board or in the office of the City of Lebanon Building Inspector's Office, at or before such hearing and will be heard by the Board at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
