NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Zionsville, Boone County, Indiana that the proper legal officers of the Town at their regular meeting place at the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana, at 7:00 p.m. on the second of May, 2016, will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year: Amount Approved Fund Name Budget Classification Amount by Fiscal Body TIF District Fund (Fund #490) LIDS IEDC Grant $250,000.00 $250,000.00 (Line item #490004384) Total TIF District Fund $250,000.00 $250,000.00 Total Amount Appropriated - $250,000.00 Funds noted above are available for additional appropriation via a January 2016 balance in the TIF District Fund of $767,676.75 The purpose of the additional appropriation is to place the $250,000.00 which was received from the IEDC for the LIDS project in its appropriate line item. The money was receipted into the TIF District Fund, but was not appropriated to the specific LIDS IEDC Grant line item. Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local government Finance (DLGF). The DGLF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
