NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals of the County of Elkhart, Indiana, will hold public hearings in the Meeting Room at the Department of Public Services Building, 4230 Elkhart Road, Goshen, Indiana, on the 21st day of April 2016. The public hearings will begin at 8:30 A.M. (local time) and the following order and times have been scheduled for the petitions before the Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals. All petitions will be heard no earlier than the times designated unless modified prior to the first hearing. 8:30 A.M. Karl D. Written comments filed with the Secretary of the Board before the hearing will be considered and oral comments concerning the petitions will be heard in the Meeting Room at the Department of Public Services Building, 4230 Elkhart Road, Goshen, Indiana starting at 8:30 A.M.
