NOTICE The Rush County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider BZA 2016-6, petitions for a Special Exception and two Variances from the Rush County Zoning Ordinance. The applicant, Dustin Ripberger, is requesting a Special Exception to build a 4,000 head CFO. In addition, he is seeking a variance from the minimum lot size of 40 acres to 10 acres as well as a variance on the minimum setback requirement of 200' to 100' from the property line. The property is located at 10781 N. 700 E, Lewisville, IN, Section 8, T15, R11, Washington Township, parcel 70-04-08-200-002.000-015, zoned A-3; Agriculture Regulated Livestock. The public hearing will be held in the Assembly Room of the Rush County Courthouse Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 7:00 PM and is open to the public.
