Nunley WWR #10138894 TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Madison County, Indiana, in Cause No. 48C03-1601-MF-000026, wherein The Huntington National Bank was Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs at Law of Dorothy A. Nunley, deceased and Unknown Occupant(s) of 68 East 500 North, Anderson, IN 46012-9504 were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on day of 20th day of Jan., 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon as thereafter possible, at, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Madison County, Indiana. Situated in the County of Madison and State of Indiana: Commencing at a point 322 feet East of the southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 8 East, and running thence Northwesterly parallel with the center line of Old State Road Number 9, a distance of 991 feet; thence East 40 feet; thence southeasterly 990 feet to the south line of said Southwest Quarter of said Section 18; thence West 100 feet to the place of beginning; being a part of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18, and containing 1.60 acres, more or less. SAVE AND EXCEPT the following property conveying 0.438 acres, more or less by Warranty Deed from Elbert H. Nunley and Dorothy A. Nunley, husband and wife, both over 18 years of age, to Donahue Gas, Inc., an Indiana Corporation, dated November 29,1975, recorded December 28, 1978 at 2:00 p.m., in Deed Book 586, Page 102, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest comer of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 8 East and running thence East 327 feet measured (322 feet deed) along the south line of said Section, thence tum an angle to the left, 89 degrees and 36 minutes, and measure northerly 616.5 feet to a point of beginning, thence continuing northerly 371.8 feet along the last described course, thence East 40 feet parallel with said south line of Section 18, thence southerly 372.37 feet to a point being 62.58 feet East of the point of beginning, thence West 62.58 feet to the point of beginning. Being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 8 East and containing 0.438 acre, more or less. Prior Deed Reference: in Deed Book 440, Page 521. Commonly known address: 68 East 500 North, Anderson, IN 46012-9504 Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
