Owen Sheriff's Sale 48C03-1205-MF-291 By virtue of a certified copy of a judgment and decree to me directed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Madison County, in a case wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust Plaintiff and NEAL A. OWEN; JANICE S. OWEN A/K/A JANICE G. OWEN; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; Defendant, requiring me to make the sum of $145,330 Dollars and 69 Cents, with interest on said Decree and costs, I will expose and offer at Public Sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of Jan., 2017 at 10 o'clock A.M., at the office of the sheriff in the Court House in Anderson, Madison County, Indiana, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the plaintiff's judgment, interest and costs, the following described real estate in the County of Madison and State of Indiana; to-wit: Beginning at a point on the East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 19 North, Range 7 East, said point being 1,196.69 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter and running thence South 136 feet to the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Southeast Quarter, thence turn an angle to the right, 88 degrees 55 minutes and 45 seconds, and measure Westerly 413 feet, thence North 136 feet, thence Easterly 413 feet to the point of beginning. Being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 19 North Range 7 East, in Madison County, Indiana and containing 1.289 acres, more or less. Commonly known as: 639 Layton Road, Anderson, IN 46011-1522 State Parcel Number: 48-11-08-400-006.000-016 Said real estate will be sold without relief from valuation and appraisement laws, and in all things pursuant to and as provided by the Act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana (IC 32-29-7-3). Immediately after the sale of said real estate I will execute and deliver to the purchaser thereof a deed of conveyance therefor, which shall be valid and effectual to convey all of the right, title and interest held or claimed by each and all of the defendants and of all persons claiming from, through or under them.
