NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE ORDINACE NO. _20___ AMENDMENT NO. ______ TO ORDINANCE NO. 17-2007 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Clark County Plan Commission, on the 26th day of October, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in Room 418, Fourth Floor, West Wing, Clark County Government Building, 501 East Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, Indiana, will hold a public hearing to consider and act upon a proposed Amendment to the Clark County, Indiana Zoning Ordinance. The geographic areas to which the proposed ordinance applies is all unincorporated areas of Clark County, Indiana, and any incorporated areas that have elected to grant Clark County Zoning Jurisdiction over such areas. The following is a summary of the proposed Amendment: A. The following language shall be deleted: 1. Under Article XI B-1 Permitted uses paragraph (b) delete the language and health studios. 2. Under Article XI B-1 Permitted uses delete paragraphs (g) and (l). 3. Under Article XII B-2 Permitted uses paragraph (c) delete health studios. 4. Under Article XII B-2 Permitted uses delete paragraph (o) entirely. 5. Under Article XIV M-1 Permitted uses delete paragraph (t) entirely. 6. Under Article XV M-2 Permitted uses delete paragraph (k) entirely. B. The following language shall be added to the ordinance: 1. Under Article XXII Table S.U. add use No. 40 as a use under zones B-1, B-2, B-3, M-1 and M-2. 2. Under Article XXII Add S.U. No. 40 Clinic to the List of Special Use Designations. Written objections or comments to the proposed Amendment may be filed with the Plan Commission before such hearing, will be heard at the specified time and place and will be considered. Oral comments concerning the proposal will also be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary. A copy of the proposed Amendment is available for public inspection during regular business hours in the office of the Clark County Plan Commission, Room 416, Fourth Floor, West Wing, Clark County Government Building, 501 E.
