NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals for the 2016 North Concession & Storage Building Reconfiguration project will be received at The Brownsburg Community School Corporation, F.L. O'Neal Administration Center, 310 Stadium Drive, Brownsburg, Indiana, 46112. Proposals shall be submitted as described in the Request For Proposals and will be received until 11:00 am EST (Local Time), Monday, April 11, 2016. Proposals will be opened and evaluated at a later date and time. The Brownsburg Community School Corporation (BCSC) is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to design and reconfigure a portion of the existing North Concession Stand, as described more fully in the Request For Proposals. The Offeror must have, as a member of their team, an individual qualified to serve as the Architect or Engineer of Record for the project; all design documents of the project must be sealed by the Architect or Engineer of Record. The Request For Proposals includes the factors and criteria to be utilized in evaluating the Proposals. Following evaluation of the Proposals, the selection committee may conduct discussions with not more than three (3) responsible Offerors, who submit proposals determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award. SELECTION AND OVERALL PROJECT SCHEDULE BCSC's proposed schedule for selection and overall project completion is as follows: 1) Pre-proposal meeting at 310 Stadium Drive, enter Door #7 March 21, 2016 @ 1:00 pm 2) Deadline for Submittal of Proposals April 11, 2016 @ 11:00 am 3) Final Selection April 29, 2016 4) Execution of Agreement May 13, 2016 TERMS AND CONDITIONS BCSC reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of proposals. This solicitation does not obligate BCSC to pay any costs incurred by Offerors in the preparation and submission of a Proposal, nor does this solicitation obligate BCSC to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. BCSC reserves the right to award the contract to the next most qualified Offeror if the initially selected Offeror does not execute an agreement within thirty (30) days after the award of the proposal. Proposals shall be submitted on forms provided in the Request For Proposals and delivered in a sealed envelope plainly labeled to indicate the following: Addressed to: The Brownsburg Community School Corporation F.L. Failure to comply with any or all submittal requirements may be grounds to consider the proposal non-responsive and cause a Proposal to be removed from further consideration.
