Main St., Whitestown, and legally described by the attached legal description, have filed a petition before the Whitestown Board of Zoning Appeals, which petition requests a/n Variance for the said property in order to: Update and modernize the Church facility and curb appeal by removing the existing steeple w/cross atop it, and replace it with a freestanding, ground mounted, 50 ft. tall cross-religious vertical element. (25 Ft. permitted for an accessory structure in R1 zoning district).
