Public Notice City of Goshen Amendment to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2016 Annual Action Plan A minor amendment to the City of Goshen's CDBG Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2016 has been prepared and is available for public review and comment. The proposed amendment is available for review for 15 days beginning August 15, 2016, and continuing through August 29, 2016. The CDBG Annual Action Plan for Program Year (PY) 2016 will be revised to update the PY 2016 budget to add program income funds of $27,154.56 and a PY 2015 reimbursement of $1,008.00. With the addition of these funds, the totals for miscellaneous income and prior year resources have been adjusted.
