NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town Council of the Town of Zionsville on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 7:30 a.m. in the Zionsville Town Hall Council Chamber, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana 46077 to consider the following Petition: Jerry Schafer, HWF Properties, LLC., WJF Properties, LLC and HTF Properties, LLC (referred to hereinafter as Petitioners) requests approval for vacation of a platted and recorded Drainage and Utility Easement as follows: The 12 foot wide platted Drainage and Utility Sewer Easement (D.&U.S.E.) generally running East-West paralleling the South property line of Boone County, Indiana parcels #0031425001 (lot 250A Stonegate Section VIII), parcel #0031425002 (lot 250B Stonegate Section VIII), parcel #0031425003 (lot 250C Stonegate Section VIII), parcel #0031489250 (lot 250D Stonegate Section VIII), parcel #0031489251 (lot 251A Stonegate Section VIII), parcel #0031425102 (lot 251B Stonegate Section VIII, parcel #0031425103 (lot 251C Stonegate Section VIII) and parcel #0031425104 (lot 251D Stonegate Section VIII), containing 3,085 square feet, more or less. A copy of the Petition for Vacation of a portion of a public street right-of-way and all attachments pertaining thereto are on file and may be examined prior to the Public Hearing from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for Holidays, in the Offices of the Department of Finance and Records in the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana, 46077. Written comments in support of or in opposition of the Petition for Vacation of portions of public street rights-of-way that are filed with the Director of Department of Finance and Records of the Town of Zionsville prior to the Public Hearing will be considered. The Public Hearing is open to the public. Oral comments to the Petition will be heard at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
