Notice for Newspapers Notice is hereby given that I have, as the owner (or with the owner's consent) of the property commonly described as the address of 6002 Heartland Drive, and legally described by the attached legal description, have filed a petition before the Whitestown Plan Commission, which petition requests a Concept Plan for the said property in order to: Project consists of construction of a freestanding bank branch for Regions Bank. The one sory building will have approximately 1,500 gross square feet and be provided with two drive up ATM (Automated teller machine) one drive up VTM (video teller machine), and one drive up AHD (After Hours deposit), and one bypass lane. This petition, File #PC19-035-CP, PC19-036-DP, will come for hearing at 6:30 pm in the Whitestown Municipal Complex, 6210 Veterans Dr, Whitestown, IN 46075, on September 9, 2019.
