NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to hear a Special Exception request, #01-19-SU, filed by Kirk and Alexis Mast, 352 E. Market Street Nappanee, IN 46550. The request is for a Special Exception to replace a garage that was destroyed by a fire. The property is located at 352 E. Market Street and is zoned B-2 (General Business). LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY: Lot Numbered Seven (7) and West Five (5) feet of Lot Number Eight (8) as the said lots are known and designated on the recorded plat of Hartmans First Addition to the Town (now City) of Nappanee; said plat being recorded in Deed Record 50, page 507 in the Office of the Recorded of Elkhart County, Indiana. A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered. All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
