NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of Greater Clark County Schools will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M. (Jeffersonville Time), August 8, 2016, at the Administration Building of Greater Clark County Schools, 2112 Utica-Sellersburg Road, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the following item(s): SEVEN (7) OR MORE 2016 MODEL YEAR 14 PASSENGER ACTIVITY BUS Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid forms. An offeror must provide evidence of financial responsibility by submitting a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or a satisfactory bid bond properly issued by an acceptable surety company and executed by the offeror; payable to the Greater Clark County Schools for not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price. Accompanying the bid shall be a Non-Collusion Affirmation from the offeror stating: (1) offeror has not entered into a combination or an agreement (a) relative to the price to be offered by a person; (b) to prevent a person from making an offer; or (c) to induce a person to refrain from making an offer; and (2) that the offeror's offer is made without reference to any other offer. A Non-collusion Affidavit will be available to the offeror as part of the bid forms. Detailed specifications for this offering are on file in the Purchasing Department, Greater Clark County Schools. Greater Clark County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or at its discretion to allow for the correction or withdrawal of inadvertently erroneous bids before or after a bid award.
