Gruver and Billie Sue Gruver, as described by Deed recorded in Deed Drawer 22, Instrument No. 2515 and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 6 of Bowman Estates, Plat No. 853; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes West, 66.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 15 degrees 52 minutes 42 seconds West, 133.83 feet to an iron pin; thence North 79 degrees 18 minutes East, 105.10 feet to an iron pin in the West line of Plat 804; thence along said West line, South 00 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds East, 202.97 feet to a rebar at the true point of beginning of the tract being herein described; thence continuing South 00 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds East, 34.55 feet to an iron pipe; thence with the North line of Sheckell (Deed Drawer 12, Instrument No. 7358), South 89 degrees 49 minutes 38 seconds West, 190.88 feet to an iron pipe in the Northeasterly line of Bowman Drive; thence departing said Bowman Drive, North 79 degrees 33 minutes 33 seconds East, 193.83 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 0.076 acres, more or less. Also, a part of Forest G. Bowman's land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Floyd County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on Bowman's East line, said point being 165 feet North of the Quarter - Section line (centerline of Main Street, S.R. 64, Georgetown), and running thence North with Bowman's East line, 139.5 feet to an iron pin; thence West a distance of 191 feet to an iron pin; thence South 57 degrees 20 minutes East, with the East line of a 25 foot roadway, 132.65 feet to an iron pin; thence North 81 degrees 03 minutes East, a distance of 13.6 feet to an iron pin; thence South 33.22 feet to an iron pin; thence East a distance of 106 feet to the place of beginning, containing in all 0.47 acres, more or less. Commonly known as: 1616 Bowman Drive, Georgetown, IN 47122-8909 State Parcel Number: 22-02-03-300-194.000-003 This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith (see Indiana Code). It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Floyd County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
