PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with Indiana Code 327 IAC 15-5-5 from the NPDES General Permit Rule Program, this is to notify the public that the following construction activity is to commence: The project site is approximately 8 acres located near County Roads 300 North and 900 East along the B&O Trail corridor in Brownsburg, Indiana. The project involves the construction of the B&O Trail and Bicentennial Trail shared-use path. The project includes constructing 1 mile of asphalt trails. Asphalt trails, storm sewer infrastructure, and trail signage will be constructed with the project. Construction is anticipated to begin in June 2016.
