Case 3-CZ-16 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Howard County Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hearing Room (No. 101) at the Howard County Government Center, 120 E. Mulberry St, Kokomo, Indiana 46901. A portion of the agenda is as follows: Case 3-CZ-16: The petition of Malik Zia for MZ Gas & Food, Inc. requesting the Howard County Plan Commission petition and recommend to the Howard County Board of Commissioners for a change in zone classification from C2 (Medium to large Scale General Commercial) to RR (Rural Residential) for property described as follows, to-wit: Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, Howard Township, Howard County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said quarter; thence N 00^ 13' 06" E (assumed bearing) 333.80 feet along the west line of said quarter to the northwest corner of a parcel described in Instrument Number 1534007839; thence N 89^ 56' 00" E 100.00 feet along the north line of said parcel to a railroad spike; thence N 00^ 13' 06" E 10.70 feet to the south end of a limited access right^of^way line described in Deed Record 231, page 2802; thence N 44^ 55' 27" W 70.53 feet along said limited access right^of^way line to a 5/8 inch diameter rebar with orange plastic cap stamped "FIRM 0047" (hereafter referred to as rebar); thence N 00^ 13' 06" E 141.04 feet along said limited access right-of-way line to the point of beginning marked by a railroad spike; thence N 00^ 13' 06" E 120.00 feet along said limited access right-of-way line to a rebar; thence N 89^ 56' 00" E 49.97 feet to the southwest corner of a parcel described in Deed Record 242, page 2104; thence S 89^ 13' 20" E 169.70 feet along a fence to the west line of a parcel described in Instrument Number 0034018265; thence S 00^ 13' 06" W 120.00 feet along said west line to a rebar; thence N 89^ 24' 51" W 219.67 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.61 acre, more or less, subject to highway rights^of^way, at 5606 N 00 EW.
