NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, before the Decatur County Board of Zoning Appeals at 6:30 P.M, at the Decatur County Courthouse in the first floor meeting room, Room 106, located at 150 Courthouse Square, Greensburg, In. 47240. Richard Young representing Westport Baptist Church, Inc. will present BZA Petition 2016-17 requesting a "Conditional Use" to place an Electronically Changeable Message Board Sign in a B-1 zoning classification. The property is currently owned by the Trustees of Westport Baptist Church and is located at 202 E Main St, Westport, In 47283. This request falls under Decatur County Zoning Ordinance #2080. The legal description is as follows: TRACT ONE: Beginning at a point Thirty Three (33) feet west of the south east corner of Lot number Ten (10) in the Original Plat of the town of Westport; thence west ninety nine (99) feet to West Street in said town; thence north one hundred thirty two (132) feet with the east line of said West Street to an alley in said town; thence east one hundred thirty two (132) feet with the south line of the alley to the north east corner of said Lot Number Ten (10); thence south thirty two (32) feet; thence west thirty three (33) feet; thence south to the place of beginning.
