Lloyd TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Boone County, Indiana, in Cause No. 06C1-1406-MF-333 wherein Homesave, LLC was Plaintiff, and Bryan W. Lloyd; General Credit Services n/k/a Marketing Services of Indiana Inc.; Statewide Credit Association, Inc. n/k/a IMC Credit Services, LLC; and State of Indiana - Department of Revenue, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 2nd day of June, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 1905 Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon, IN 46052, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Boone County, Indiana. A part of out Lot No. 41 in Longley's Addition to Lebanon, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said out Lot and run first North 50 feet, thence East 120 feet, thence South 50 feet, thence West 120 feet to the place of beginning. Also commencing at the Southeast corner of out Lot No. 41 in Longley's Addition to Lebanon, Indiana, and run thence North 50 feet, thence West 149 feet, thence South 50 feet, thence East 149 feet to the place of beginning. Except the following: A part of out Lot #41 in Longley's Addition to the City of Lebanon, Boone County, Indiana; and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Begin at the Southeast corner of the aforesaid tract and proceed thence Westerly, with the South line of the tract for a distance of 17.00 feet; thence deflect right 90 degrees for a distance of 50.00 feet; thence deflect right 90 degrees for a distance of 17.00 feet; thence deflect right 90 degrees for a distance of 50.00 feet to the point of beginning. Being the same property acquired by Bryan W. Lloyd, by Deed dated June 25, 2004, of record as Instrument Number 0409036, in the Office of the Recorder of the County Court of Boone County, Indiana. More commonly known as: 301 N.
