Notice to Interested Parties Sealed bids will be received at the Town of Sellersburg Public Works Billing Office 103 S. New Albany Street, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172 on May 23, 2016 before 2:00 p.m. Bids are to be opened the same date at the Town Council meeting for Street Sweeper for the Sellersburg Public Works Department. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and marked: "Bid to be opened May 23, 2016 Street Sweeper for the Sellersburg Public Works Department" Any questions or additional information required by interested vendors must be submitted via email to Kalexander@sellersburg.org before May 16, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. Said contract shall be awarded by a scoring process listed in bid documentation, and the Town Council/Sellersburg Public Works Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technicalities. Only bids that conform to specifications will be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Successful bidder shall not order item(s) until a purchase order is received from the Department of Public Works.
