Green NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE DLC#: X245-24 By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rush County, Indiana, in Cause No. 70C01-1509-MF-301, wherein Santander Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Stephen D. Green, Zeta R. Green and CitiMortgage Inc., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of May, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. of said day, at the 131 E. 1st St., Rushville, IN 46173, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Rush County, Indiana: A part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 15 North, Range 9 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe located 775.3 feet North of the Southeast corner of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 15 North, Range 9 East, said point being in the center of County Road 175 West; thence South 89 deg. 23' West, 198.2 feet along a fence extended to an iron pipe; thence North 5 deg. 36' East, 87.6 feet to a corner post; thence North 0 deg. 36' West along a fence 198.0 feet to a concrete corner post; thence South 89 deg. 19' East along a fence extended 191.8 feet to an iron pipe in the center of County Road 175 West; thence South along center of said County Road 175 West 280.7 feet to the place of beginning. 70-02-25-100-003.000-002 (0052-32312-06) and commonly known as: 7689 N County Rd 175 West, Rushville, IN 46173. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 70C01-1509-MF-301 in the Circuit Court of the County of Rush Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.
