NOTICE The Rush County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the following petition BZA 2016-11 for a Variance. The applicants John Christopher & Mary Ann Miller are requesting a variance from the minimum side yard setback of twenty feet (20') to ten feet (10') located at 4172 N. 150 E., Rushville IN, Section 9, T14, R10, in Union Township, parcel 70-07-09-451-002.000-012, zoned A1. The public hearing will be held in the Assembly Room of the Rush County Courthouse Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 7:00 PM and is open to the public. You may inspect the file in the Rushville and Rush County Joint Planning and Zoning office prior to the hearing.
