NOTICE The Rush County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the following petitions for a Special Exception and Variance from the Rush County Zoning Ordinance. The applicant, Milco Dairy Farm, LLC, is requesting a Special Exception to build a 1,400 Head Dairy Cow Confined Feeding Operation on the property located at S3, T15, R10, Washington Township, parcel 70-03-03-200-001.000-015, zoned A-3; Regulated Livestock. Additionally, the applicant is requesting a variance from the minimum housing setback of 750 feet to 100 feet for a dwelling unit proposed by the applicant on the property. The public hearing will be held in the Assembly Room of the Rush County Courthouse Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 7:00 PM and is open to the public.
