Perry Anderson Township NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Madison Circuit Court 6 of Madison County, Indiana, in Cause No. 48C06-1510-MF-000447 wherein Towne Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Ronald E. Perry and Jamie D. Perry were Defendants, required me to make the sum of $97,930.04 as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of March, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 16 East Ninth Street, Anderson, IN 46016, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Madison County, Indiana.
