MILLER (CONWELL) REGULATED DRAIN BEFORE THE HOWARD COUNTY/ CASS COUNTY JOINT DRAINAGE BOARD PROCEEDING #HCDB-2015-05 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDED PETITION TO VACATE RECONSTRUCTION ORDER AND APPROVE IN PLACE THEREOF A FAST TRACK RECONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO IC 36-9-27-52.5 To all landowners affected by the E. Moss/ C. Miller (Conwell) Regulated Drain located in Howard and Cass Counties Please take notice that Kenneth Fawcett (Trustee), John Wright, Pete Woodard, Jerry Piatt and Jason Hahn have filed with this Board their Amended Petition to vacate an order to reconstruct this Drain entered on March 18, 2015 and replace said order with a fast track reconstruction on Petitioners' real estate ("Amended Petition"). This Board will conduct a public hearing on the Amended Petition on the 16th day of May, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. in Room 338 of the Howard County Administration Center, 220 N. Main Street, Kokomo, Indiana. At that time, interested parties will be afforded the opportunity to voice support of or objection to the Amended Petition. Interested parties may also file written statements in support of or objecting to the Amended Petition prior to or at the public hearing. Prior to the meeting such statements should be delivered or mailed to: Howard County Surveyor Room 232, Howard County Administration Center 220 N. Main Street Kokomo, IN 46901 Interested parties may also obtain from the Surveyor's office copies of the Amended Petition and additional information concerning this matter.
