FAIRFIELD COMMUNITY SCHOOLS 67240 C.R. 31 GOSHEN, INDIANA 46528 Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of Fairfield Community School District Elkhart County, State of Indiana, will be accepting bids until 10:00 a.m. (EST) on April 29, 2016, at the Office of Superintendent, Fairfield Community Schools Administration Office, located at 67240 C.R. 31, Goshen, Indiana, for the transportation of school children on Bus Route 18. All bids shall be sealed proposals and so marked on the outside of the envelope as Transportation Bids. Bids will be received until the date and hour as in indicated above. Definite specifications which describe the principles, the equipment to be furnished and other conditions which may be required in the contract, are now on file in the office of Superintendent of the Fairfield Community Schools and copies may be picked up by any interested and qualified bidder. On April 29, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. (local time) all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified date and/or time shall be returned unopened to the bidder.
