Fry MDK #15-010544 TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Madison Circuit Court #3 of Madison County, Indiana, in Cause No. 48C03-1504-MF-000179 wherein Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio Banking Corporation was Plaintiff, and Kay F. Fry, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Charles M. Fry and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Charles M. Fry, Star Financial Bank, Cach LLC and Discover Bank were Defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 20th day of May, 2016 at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Government Center at 16 East 9th Street, Suite 305, Anderson, IN 46016, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Madison County, Indiana. Except: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot #58 in said Devonshire Addition, Plat-1, a subdivision in Anderson Township, Madison County, Indiana, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 11, page 19 in the Office of the Recorder of Madison County, Indiana, and running thence Southwesterly along the Easterly line of said Lot #58, a distance of 75.81 feet to a point being 90 feet West of the East line of Lot #59 in said addition, said East line also being the East line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 8 East, thence North parallel with the said East line of said Lot #59, a distance of 55.9 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot #58, said point being 50 feet West of the place of beginning, thence East along the North line of said Lot #58, a distance of 50 feet to the place of beginning Being a part of Lot #58 in Devonshire Addition, Plat 1 and containing 1,397.18 square feet, more or less Commonly known address: 2620 Queens Court, Anderson, IN 46013 Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
