NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASS COUNTY PLAN COMMISSION TO CERTIFY AMENDMENTS TO THE CASS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Cass County Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing for the purpose of amending the Cass County Zoning Ordinance. The text amendment will apply to all lands within the boundaries of Cass County, excluding all incorporated areas and Jurisdictional Fringe areas. Amendments to the Cass County Zoning Ordinance will be in the following sections and in all related sections: Article 4: Addition of the Grissom Air Force Reserve Base Overlay District Article 5: Wind Ordinance This hearing will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 8:30 AM in the Commissioners Hearing room, second floor of the Cass County Government Building, Logansport, IN. A copy of the zoning ordinance with the proposed text and summary changes is on file for public inspection, 5 days before the hearing, in the Office of the Logansport/Cass County Plan Commission, Room 306, Cass County Government Building, 200 Court Park, Logansport, Indiana.
