NOTICE OF INTENT Innovative Engineering & Consulting, Inc (3961 Perry Boulevard, Whitestown, IN 46075) is submitting an NOI (Rule 5) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: RPM Machinery, 2450 ft. NW of the intersection of I 65 and St Rd 267, on the SW side & adjacent to I 65 in the Town of Whitestown. Run-off form the project site will discharge to White Lick Creek.
