NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is given that a hearing has been scheduled for WEDNESDAY, APRIL 27, 2016, AT 10:00 A.M. in the Ralph Neal Chambers, First Floor, City Hall, 100 South Union Street, Kokomo, Indiana before the Board of Public Works and Safety. The hearing is the appeal of a fine issued pursuant to Kokomo Ordinance 160.99 for the property located at 805 E. Superior, Kokomo, IN. Persons with an interest in the property are entitled to appear at the hearing with or without legal counsel, present evidence, cross-examine opposing witnesses and present arguments. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the appellate body shall make its findings, reasons for the decision, decision and recommendations.
