NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Clark Circuit Court No. 1 of Clark County, Indiana, in Cause No. 10C01-1506-MF-00197 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Wanda S. Earl a/k/a Wanda Earlc/o Marsha Williams , Deceased and The Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 7th day of June, 2016, at the hour of 10 a.m, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 501 East Court Ave, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Clark County, Indiana. A part of Survey No. 45 of the Illinois Grant and Lying Southwestwardly of the Gravel Road leading from Blackiston's Mill to Jeffersonville (sometimes called Buffalo Trace) and bounded thus: Beginning at a point in said road where the northwestwardly line of Tract #2 described in the Deed from Mary E. Frisbee and others to Robert F. Becker and Jennie Becker, his wife, recorded in Deed Record 114, page 179, in the Clark County Recorder's Office, intersects the Road thence with said Road southwestwardly for a distance of 160 feet; thence extending back southwestwardly along a line which is parallel to the above described Northwestwardly line of Tract #2 for a distance of 650 feet to a point which is the true place of beginning of the land to be herein described, thence continuing in along said line which is parallel to the above northwestwardly line of Tract #3 for a distance of 50 feet; thence in a Northwestwardly direction for a distance of 160 feet to a point on the above northwestwardly line of Tract #2 which is 700 feet from said Gravel Road; thence along said Northwestwardly line of Tract #2 in a Northwestwardly direction for a distance of 50 feet; thence in a southwestwardly direction for a distance of 160 feet to the place of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM an easement for 20 feet in width for a roadway along the southeast side of said parcel.
