NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given the Cass/Howard County Cooperative which consists of the following school corporations: Eastern, Logansport, Northwestern, Pioneer, Southeastern and Western will be accepting bids for the purchase of Dairy and Bakery Products for the 2016-2017 school year. To obtain a bid packet contact the Food and Nutrition Office at (574) 722-2911. Sealed bids will be received at the Logansport Community School Corporation Food and Nutrition Office until 10:00 a.m. local time on May 18, 2016 for: DAIRY AND BAKERY PRODUCTS Bids must be submitted along with a properly completed non-collusion affidavit, debarment form and an e-verify form. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five per cent (5%) of the bid. Check or bond shall be made payable to the Logansport Community School Corporation, Logansport, Indiana 46947. To obtain a bid packet contact the Food and Nutrition Office at (574) 722-2911. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to award a bid to the best bidder, not necessarily the lowest bidder and/or reject any and all proposals. Sealed bids shall be filed no later than 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Bids must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope: SEALED BID: DAIRY OR BAKERY.
