Hann NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Cass County, on Cause No. 09D02-1508-MF-000058 wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., was Plaintiff and Patrick M. Hann (Deceased) , Unknown Heirs, Devisees and Legatees of Patrick M. Hann (Deceased), and Unknown Tenants/Occupants of 6520 E. County Road 625 North, Twelve Mile, IN 46988, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on May 11, 2016 at the hour of 1:30 p.m. at 100 Court Park, Logansport, IN 46947, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Cass County, Indiana. A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 28, Range 2 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of a public road and on the East line of the said Southwest Quarter, said point being 699.6 feet South of the Northeast corner of said southwest Quarter; thence South along said East line 208.71 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 34 minutes West 208.71 feet to a point; thence North parallel with said East line 208.71 feet to a point in the center of said public road; thence North 89 degrees 34 minutes East 208.71 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.00 acre, more or less, subject to all legal highways.
