Rucker TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Cass County, Indiana, in Cause No. 09D02-1310-MF-000117 wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB DBA Christiana Trust as Trustee for HLSS Mortgage Master Trust for the benefit of the holders of the Series 2014-1 Certificates issued by HLSS Mortgage Master Trust was Plaintiff, and James R. Rucker, Jeana A. Rucker, and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 11th day of May 2016, at the hour of 1:30pm, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 200 Court Park, Logansport, IN 46947, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Cass County, Indiana. Spike Found South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 2643.57 Feet and by a 1 inch Iron Pin Found in Concrete South 89 degrees 15 minutes 02 seconds West, 2654.29 Feet; Thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 176.00 Feet along the East Line of said Northeast Quarter, being the East Line of said Existing 80 Acre Tract and along said County Road 800 East to a Mag Nail Set w/I.D. Washer stamped "R.L.S. 040123" (hereafter referred to as Nail Set), said Nail being referenced by a 3/4 inch black Pipe Set w/plastic I.D. Cap stamped "T. Newport 040123" (hereafter called Pipe Set) South 89 degrees 15 minutes 02 seconds West, 16.00 Feet; Thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 02 seconds West, 332.54 Feet parallel to the North Line of said Northeast Quarter to a Pipe Set; Thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 176.00 Feet parallel to the East Line of said Northeast Quarter to a Nail Set lying on the aforesaid North Line of said Northeast Quarter, also being the North Line of said Existing 80 Acre Tract, said Nail lying in the aforesaid Indiana State Road #18 and being referenced by a Pipe Set South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 40.00 Feet; Thence North 89 degrees 15 minutes 02 seconds East, 332.54 Feet along said North Line of said Northeast Quarter, being the North Line of said Existing 80 Acre Tract and along said Indiana State Road #18 to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. Said in survey to contain1.344 acres, more or less.
