NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town of Zionsville Plan Commission on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana 46077 to consider the following: 2016-20-PP, Town of Zionsville requests Primary Plat approval for the division on 6.850 acres into 3 lots for a subdivision to be known as Town of Zionsville-Primary Plat (including waiver(s) of the Subdivision Control Ordinance to allow for: Petition for Primary Plat in order to establish 3 lots in the (PUD) Plan Unit Development Zoning District The property involved commonly known as: 1100 W. Oak Street, is currently zoned to the PUD zoning district, and is legally described as: Part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the Second Principal Meridian, in Boone County Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Half-Quarter Section 939.84 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Half-Quarter Section; thence North parallel to the West line of said Half-Quarter Section, 990.00 feet; thence East parallel to the South line of said Half-Quarter Section, 154.94 feet to a point in the Westerly right-of-way line of the C.C.C. & St. L. Railroad; thence Southeasterly along and with said right-of-way line, 366.09 feet to a point that is 1269.84 feet East of the West line of said Half-Quarter Section; thence South parallel to the said West line, 666.60 feet to a point on the South line of said Half-Quarter Section; thence West along with said South line, 330.00 feet to the Place Of Beginning. Written comments in support of or in opposition to the Petition for Plan Commission Approval are filed with the Secretary of the Town of Zionsville Plan Commission prior to the Public Hearing will be considered. The Public Hearing is open to the public. Oral comments to the Petition for Plan Commission Approval will be heard at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
