NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (the Plan Commission) will conduct a public hearing regarding an application for Case No. PCMA-11-16-1467, a Zoning Map Amendment. The application was filed by Embree Asset Group, Inc. to rezone certain real estate from C1: Commercial and I1: Industrial zoning classification to IS: Institutional zoning classification.
