Wakarusa-Olive-Harrison Township Public Library NOTICE OF PROPOSED LIBRARY EXPANSION Residents of the NORTHERN PORTION OF LOCKE Township(Properties located between the County Line and State Road 19 and north of County Road 146/County Road 46), in Elkhart County are hereby notified that a proposal for library district expansion has been filed with the LOCKE Township Trustee and Board. The proposal, if accepted, will expand the WAKARUSA-OLIVE-HARRISON TOWNSHIP Public Library district to include the NORTHERN PORTION OF LOCKE Township (Properties located between the County Line and State Road 19 and North of County Road 146/County Road 46). Any registered voter of this NORTHERN PORTION OF LOCKE Township in ELKHART County may, within sixty (60) days after publication of this notice, sign a petition for acceptance of the proposed expansion or a remonstrance in opposition to the proposed expansion, or both.
