Warner MDK #13-015383 TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Madison Circuit Court #6 of Madison County, Indiana, in Cause No. 48C06-1301-MF-000009 wherein KeyBank National Association was Plaintiff, and Lavonica N. Warner and Capital One Bank were Defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of April, 2016 at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Government Center at 16 East 9th Street, Suite 305, Anderson, IN 46016, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Madison County, Indiana. Davis' 2nd addition in the City of Anderson, Indiana, and running thence Easterly 48.4 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot #8 in Barrett's Addition in the City of Anderson, thence South 148.5 feet to the Southwest corner of said lot #8, thence Westerly 46.3 feet along the North line of an alley to a point being 49.87 feet Easterly from the Southeast corner of said Lot #2 in Amos T. Davis' 2nd addition, thence North 147.7 feet to the place of beginning. Being a part of the East-half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 19 North, Range 7 East and a part of Lot #1 in Amos T. Davis' 2nd addition, as recorded in Plat book 4, page 19, records of Madison County, Indiana.
