Lee, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Clark Circuit Court #2 its Complaint against Defendant Nicholas Thomas, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Nicholas Thomas, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is to Quiet Title and seek a judicial declaration that said Plaintiff is the holder of a paramount lien, and may foreclose on said mortgage lien, on the following described real estate in Clark County, State of Indiana, to wit: LOT NO.
