Allen Richland Twp. Sheriff's Sale By virtue of a certified copy of a judgment and decree to me directed by the Clerk of the Madison Circuit Court, Division III, in a case wherein INDEPENDENT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL RAY ALLEN, AMERICAN ACCEPTANCE COMPANY, GEORGIA RECEIVABLES, INC., THE SALT SHOP, LVNV FUNDING, LLC, AND MADISON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, are Defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Forty Six Thousand Two Dollars & Fifty-Six Cents ($46,002.56) with accrued interest and costs, and with statutory interest on said amount from and after April 27, 2015, I will expose and offer at Public Sale to the highest bidder, on Friday, the 22nd day of April, 2016, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the Office of the Sheriff in the Courthouse, 16 E. 9th Street, Anderson, Madison County, Indiana, 46016, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy INDEPENDENT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION'S judgment, interest and costs, the following described real estate in the County of Madison and State of Indiana, to-wit: Lot Numbered 166 in Indian Meadows First Continuation, an Addition to the City of Anderson, Madison County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 31, Records of Madison County, Indiana. Said real estate is commonly known as 2813 Apache Drive, Anderson, Indiana, 46012. Said real estate will be sold without relief from valuation and appraisement laws, and in all things pursuant to and as provided by the Act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana (IC 32-8-16-1). Immediately after the sale of said real estate, I will execute and deliver to the purchaser thereof a deed of conveyance therefor, which shall be valid and effectual to convey all of the right, title and interest held or claimed by each and all of the defendants and of all persons claiming from, through or under them.
