Kolenda NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Madison County, on Cause No. 48C06-1503-MF-000137 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., As Trustee For The Pooling And Servicing Agreement Dated As Of May 1, 2005 Park Place Securities, Inc.
