Reddick TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a Summary Judgment and Entry of Decree of Foreclosure to me directed by the Clerk of the Decatur County Superior Court in a certain cause number 16D01-1605-MF-232 upon the dockets of said court, wherein First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Greensburg is the Plaintiff and Estate of Joseph W. Reddick, Sr., et al were the defendants, requiring me to make the total sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of December, 2016 at the hour of 10 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the office of the Decatur County Sheriff, 315 S. Ireland Street, Greensburg, Indiana, the following described real estate located in Decatur County, Indiana, to-wit: Beginning at the Half Mile post on the West side of Section Two (2) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eight (8) East; thence North and Northeast, with the Highway leading from the Town of S1. Paul to the Town of St. Omer to a stake; thence South in a direct course to the line running in a direct course East from the above named Half Mile Post; thence West to the place of beginning, containing exactly two acres. EXCEPT THREFROM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT, TO-WIT: Beginning at the Half Mile post (iron pipe) on the West side of Section Two (2) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eight (8) East; thence measure North 122 feet; thence deflecting 90 degrees to the right measure East 222.88 feet to an iron pipe; thence Southerly 101.79 feet to the place of beginning, above described Lot No. 1 being a part of the Northwest Quarter of the aforesaid section, township and range, being subject to all legal highways, and containing .5659 acre, more or less.
