NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NAPPANEE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to hear a Special Exception request, #01-16-SU, filed by Brads-Ko/Abonmarche, 1009 South Ninth Street, Goshen, IN 46526 for Nappanee Investment Properties, LLC and Sammlung Platz, LLC, 352 Shawnee Street, Nappanee, IN 46550. The request is for a Special Exception to allow the construction of a 220 foot by 100 foot building to be occupied as a private club. This property is located at 501 E. Wabash Avenue, Nappanee, IN 46550 and is zoned I-1 (Industrial). A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered. All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
